General Business Base Rate: $225 annually

Add $10 for every partial increment of ten additional full-time employees:

 1 - 10 employees $225
11 - 20 employees $235
21 - 30 employees $245
31 - 40 employees $255
41 - 50 employees $265
51 - 60 employees $275 
Etc.
